We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product or request a refund. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return for eligible products under the following conditions:
The item was purchased directly from HATSB or our authorized channels.
The return request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
You have proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or invoice).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or damaged devices not due to manufacturing defects
Software licenses, mobile apps, or downloaded digital content
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
Devices that have been modified, tampered with, or physically damaged
Medical products that have been unsealed or used (for hygiene and safety reasons)
Warranty Returns
If your device is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under our warranty policy. Warranty claims are valid within [Insert Warranty Period, e.g., 12 months] from the purchase date and require:
