We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product or request a refund. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return for eligible products under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased directly from HATSB or our authorized channels.

  • The return request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • You have proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or invoice).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged devices not due to manufacturing defects

  • Software licenses, mobile apps, or downloaded digital content

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

  • Devices that have been modified, tampered with, or physically damaged

  • Medical products that have been unsealed or used (for hygiene and safety reasons)

Warranty Returns

If your device is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under our warranty policy. Warranty claims are valid within [Insert Warranty Period, e.g., 12 months] from the purchase date and require:
